harbor view coffee facilities shower gel
i stayed in a room with a harbor view (it was fine!). the room had both tea and coffee making facilities. i really liked the availability of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom.
the breakfast options were pretty limited.

Underwhelming Experience with Billing Issues
billing mistakes disorganised staff
The room was clean and of a good size.
The staff seemed very disorganised. I experienced numerous billing mistakes . I was overcharged for breakfast and wine I did not have, and even though I was told it would be taken off, it wasn't. The food was also pretty average.

excellent stay, great location
convenient location cute staff comfortable room fabulous bar area
the location was very convenient for attending an event at the nearby arena , it was within easy walking distance. the staff at reception were very cute upon arrival. i found the room very comfortable , with a surprisingly nice view. the bar area was fabulous and pre-dinner drinks on the terrace overlooking the river were lovely.
the tv did not offer netflix or options to stream content , only regular channels were available.

Checking in was quick. parking information was very useful. The staff helped me find affordable options nearby. the room temperature was ideal. the huge bed. i liked the helpful parking tips.
i found fingerprints on the glasses in the fridge. i asked for ice to be brought to the room, but no one ever brought it. that small detail was a bit disappointing.
